Giridhar Rajagopal is a cross-cultural leader with experience in building and scaling large offshore operations, establishing Centers of Excellence, and cultivating people-first workplace cultures. He began his career as an auditor and has held senior roles over the past 20 years at offshore centers for Aviva Insurance PLC, Intacct Corporation, and First American Financial Corporation, spanning the accounting, insurance, and technology sectors. He has led teams of over 5,000 professionals supporting operations in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia. Giridhar has been featured in Forbes India and Business Outlook, and has contributed to industry panels, articles, and CEO roundtables. In 2023, he received the Data Science Transformer Award from Analytics India Magazine, and in 2025 was recognized by 3AI as an exemplary Global Capability Center leader.
