Director - Client Accounting Services

Ramakrishnan Venkatraman (Ram) brings extensive experience in building and scaling Client Accounting Services (CAS), controllership, and global delivery models across CPA firms and multinational organizations. Prior to joining Sentient, he held leadership roles at CohnReznick, partnering with firm leadership to strengthen CAS delivery, improve operational rigor, and expand global capabilities.

Ram has also worked with organizations such as McKinsey & Company, DXC Technology, and Hewlett‑Packard, leading large‑scale finance transitions and supporting the establishment of Global Capability Centers (GCCs). He holds an MBA, has completed the GCC Leadership Program from the Indian School of Business (ISB), and is a Certified Independent Director accredited by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) reflecting his strong grounding in governance.

Known for his practical, people‑first leadership style, Ram focuses on simplifying processes, enabling scalable delivery, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
