Sreenivasulu Bandi leads HR Analytics & Operations at Sentient, combining people-first leadership with a data-driven mindset. A graduate of IIM Visakhapatnam, he brings a versatile background across BFSI, KPO, U.S. healthcare, and CPA services, including a senior HR role at Advantum Health. Sreeni champions cultures where people thrive and believes empathy and continuous learning drive long-term growth—embodying Sentient’s value to “Operate with Integrity.” Originally from Karnataka and now based in Hyderabad with his wife and daughter, he continues to advance talent strategy and operational excellence across the organization.
