Onboarding Process

  • We kick off with a discovery call to understand your firm, systems, and client needs. From there, we co-build a roadmap to ramp up efficiently with minimal disruption.

  • Most firms are fully up and running within 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity. We move fast but make sure quality and communication stay sharp throughout.

  • Yes. You’ll have a consistent team (or individual) aligned to your firm, plus a team lead to manage quality, timelines, and communication.

  • We start small, scale smart. That means shadowing, parallel processing, and quality checks before fully transitioning ownership of any workstream.

Security

  • We follow strict protocols to safeguard your data, including secure file sharing, password-protected systems, and adherence to industry best practices around data privacy and storage.

  • Our team operates remotely with controlled access to only the systems and files required for their assigned tasks. All access is logged and monitored regularly by team leads.

  • Yes — in fact, we prefer it. We integrate directly into your workflow using your preferred accounting platforms, project management tools, and file systems.

  • Absolutely. We’re happy to sign NDAs, and we can also provide a detailed overview of our internal security policies upon request.

  • We can! Once we understand your setup, we often suggest simple process improvements, automations, or tech tweaks that save time.
